Ordered a phone in 'AS GOOD AS NEW' condition..

It was meant to be shipped in 3 days from inside of Australia..

3 weeks later it was drop shipped from China. It had been rooted so I cant add my bank card.

The battery takes 3 times longer as my previoys phone of the same model. The screen blinks..its slow and im sure its counterfeit.

And because its not Australian I cant even replace the battery or screen if something happens.

Customer service shrugged after many messages with them and offered me a $50 refund (as though thats even slightly good enough).

So im enjoying reviewing this company fir its deceibtful sales practises as well as making complaints to consumer affairs.

All I can say is even considering their cheaper prices... AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COST.

They found a warranty loophole. Not happy at all.

My 12yo daughter saved her birthday and pocket money to buy a phone. I suggested Reebelo as I had bought a phone through them previously and was happy with the purchase. She immediately had problems with the phone cutting out randomly and we sent it back for repair. When we received the repaired phone all seemed well.

Little did I know the cutting out problem was still occurring - my daughter didnt want to tell me because she didnt want to be without her phone again for the repair. Things came to a head when my daughters phone cut out in the afternoon of her first week of high school. She got completely lost trying to find a pay phone and was very upset. So was I, not knowing where she was.

We sent the phone back to Reebelo explaining the original cutting out/shutting down problem was not fixed and that in the settings of the iPhone it said the issue was with a non Apple replacement part. However, Reebelo have refused to honour the warranty this time because of a minuscule crack on the back of the phone.

Very unsatisfied. Do not recommend.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They refunded me

I bought a new phone from Reebelo, it was an oppo find x5, on the website it clearly showed the picture of an Oppo find x5 Pro, the glossy white back with tapered shell around the camera.
I bought that phone as that is the one I wanted, but they sent me the cut down model, with no glossy back and non tapered backing around the camera.
Now they may have simply made a mistake and put the same picture on all oppo find x5 pages, but that is false advertising and that is why I call it a scam. as I chose the phone based on the image of what I actually wanted and they sent me a different phone.
They would not accept the phone back or exchange it, they said once I opened the box, their hands were tied and no exchanges could be made.
Even though their website clearly says "14 days free returns, satisfaction promised.

Ordered a phone and waited for 2 weeks to find it is never coming and then got refunded. ordered a second one and paid for a phone in Excellent quality condition. but received a phone with scratch marks and damages (See photos). Never trust the description of condition on web site.

My daughter went to open her iPhone 11 device yesterday only to find that it would not accept her password. She tried a number of times but was unsuccessful.

Her screen was damaged about 2 months ago before the start of the Xmas/summer holidays and it's been accepting her daily usage but now it just refuses to open.

We went to our Local Apple store but they said she would have to do a factory reset which means losing all her saved pics and documents and get a replacement phone screen which costs AUD$350+gst.(Apple) It cost $465 to buy from Reebelo.

It's an iPhone 11, 64GB.

2 year Extended Warranty

As I have taken out an extended Warranty. Will this cover any repairs to her phone?

Iphone is OLD JUNK!!!

Reebelo Australia - Iphone is OLD JUNK!!!

I gave my son an iphone 11 as a gift which I bought from Reebelo. I paid a premium for a "pristine" phone.

Immediately, the phone started running hot. Initially we thought it was an api causing the problem but the phone has continued to periodically overheat. More recently my son started sounding distant on phone calls. We tried isolating the problem The microphones didn't work properly on phone calls but did for memo recording.

Also plug in mics worked fine but not the phone mic. We took the phone to the genius bar at apple and what they told me shocked me. The phone is FIVE YEARS OLD, last sold in CHINA IN 2019 and has NON-GENUINE PARTS. They confirmed one of the two microphones in the phone is broken and cannot be repaired.

I immediately submitted a warranty claim on the phone and 2 days later received and email from Reebelo thanking me for "my trust" and telling me "if I have a problem with the battery" to let them know. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM REEBELO AGAIN! I posted a review to the product review and trust pilot websites (not understanding how they had a majority positive rating). When I clicked "submit" instead of posting my review, I was redirected to a "mediation" option.

The positive vs negative review rating is NOT an indication of customer satisfaction but rather the level of intervention of complaints by Reebelo.Pissed Consumr rating is a TRUE rating. 89% NEGATIVE!!!

Reebelo operates like Amazon with multiple vendors . So you never know what you are going to get. At least I received a refund - but only after two complaints of non delivery. The good news- I found the same iMac in as new condition for $90 less free delivery. Ps. I have had 4 purchases from Reebelo only one was what I expected one was faulty One was not as described One was not delivered

I recently bought a Samsung Fold 4 in premium condition, as described by the sellerit was supposed to look and look like new. While the delivery was quick, the phone arrived wrapped in bubble wrap, and the charging cable was a third-party one.

That would have been acceptable if the handset actually matched their description, but it arrived covered in scratches and chips.

Upon raising the issue with them, they offered a $50 as compensation, which I found quite insulting. My husband is insisting about keeping it because he hates the hassle of returning and buying again. Now, I'm regretting my decision to purchase it from them in the first place.

It's baffling how they manage to garner positive reviews. My advice: steer clear and don't trust them.

Cheap Phone Broke After 5 Days

Do Not Buy From Reebelo, I bought a phone from Reebelo 5 days ago

I dropped the phone onto CARPET from a seated position at a library

The entire back panel is now cracked

And the next day the phone wouldn't charge and won't turn on.

I contacted Reebelo to ask for a refund or replacement

And they said the Warranty doesn't cover accidental damage

When I said they sold me a defective phone - that this has clearly been refurbished with cheap and defective non apple parts - no real iphone would crack from being dropped from a low height onto a soft carpet they said the Warranty lies with the merchant so there is nothing I can do

The merchant or sellers are invisible on their site

Yet Reebelo falsely advertises they have a 2 week returns policy and 1 year warranty

But if the phone is bad, you will have no ability to use their warranty due to the terms and conditions.

Very misleading website and no guarantee the quality of what you are buying as they are just a platform representing 1000s of merchants.

Reebelo cannot verify that your phone parts are genuine.

All they do is rate the product's appearance.
